A dynamic, flow-based class that creates heat in the body while building strength, mobility and flexibility. We use the breath to transition seamlessly through standing, seated, balancing and even inverted poses. Raise your energy and calm your mind, this is a class suitable for all levels and abilities.
A slow-paced style, incorporating elements of traditional Chinese medicine. Poses are held for up to 5 minutes in order to target the deeper connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments and tendons. This practice also activates acupressure points and enhances both physical and mental wellbeing.
Budokon yoga is a modern, contemporary yoga style that draws on Vinyasa flow creative sequencing and the circular nature of martial arts. Focussing on seamless transitions, this class will build strength, cardiovascular stamina and joint mobility. Ending with a zazen meditation to become the peaceful warrior.
A slow-paced, gentle class often using props of cushions, bolsters and blankets. A restful practice to release tension in the body, boost immunity and enhance your mood. This is a great style to do if you’re feeling under the weather or want to balance out your more active yoga practice.
Unless stated otherwise, the drop-in (pay as you go) class price is £6 per class and each class must be booked in advance.
